If your current student visa ceases before 31.12.2008
  If your current student visa ceases before 31.12.2008 and you will be continuing to study full time, you will be required to apply for a further stay Student Visa.

  In order to lodge a Valid Application the following documentation is required.

  a) Completed 157A application
  b) Application FEE
  c) COE
    - Current COE (DIAC will accept COE if recently issued by ASBT for further study in Australia) or
    - Letter of Offer for a course of study with new provider or
    - Copy of Relocation Request Form from ACPET

  Mark the top of the application form "FORMER ASBT STUDENT" And to the attention of : Sonia Poljasevic – NSW Students

  Once you have been placed with a new provider by ACPET, you will be issued with a new COE for your course of study. You can then provide that COE to your DIAC Case Officer.

If your current student visa ceases after 31.12.2008
  If your current student visa ceases after 31.12.2008 you will have until the 31/12/2008 to re enrol and commence full time studies with a new Education Provider, that has been arranged with ACPET or by you.
